Electric motors (CHT) are produced according to the highest standards EU (IEC I-34 and IEC 72), they are intended for mounting of reducers according to their mechanical characteristics.
Reducers (CHM) are simple and suitable for mounting. They are produced in several dimensions. Dimensions from 025 to 090 have an aluminum housing, while sizes from 110 to 130 have a steel housing. They are equipped with a plug for the drainage of oil. The connection between the flanges allows the combination of two reducers in order to obtain higher transmission ratio.
Toothed reducers (CHC) are the products of a new generation. They can be connected with electric motors such as standard electric motors, electric motors with a brake, electric motors with EX protection. This type of a reducer is used in the textile industry, food production, packaging, chemical industry, etc.
Variators (CHV) are mechanical variators with rapid change in the number of turns. The following series are being produced: CHV 02; CHV 05; CHV 10; CHV 20; CHV 30.
Three-phase electric motors with A.C. or D.C. brake
Basic characteristics: IP 54 protection, insulation class F, continuous operation S1, power supply of the brakes with direct current (D.C.) and alternating current (A.C.), electromagnetic brakes, high speed braking, operation possible with frequency regulator.
Compact motors are three-phase and single-phase electric motors.
Basic characteristics: IP 54 protection (IP 55 on request), insulation class F, continuous operation S1, or 56-60%, cage rotor, enclosed outdoor fan, maximally suitable space for a small space on the machines for cutting. Installation is possible with D.C. brakes.
Compact and very powerful reducers. Adjustable mounting in several positions, stainless steel case, high resistance to external influences. They represent the perfect solution for every problem in the system t+ transmission, very reliable.
